We’re delighted to announce the newest additions to the Sport Horizon team: Shane Malone, PhD, and Adam Sullivan, PhD. Both bring an exceptional level of experience and expertise in sport science, data analysis, and performance optimisation. Their contributions will be instrumental as we continue to expand our educational content, particularly in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, across our social media platforms and online courses.

Meet Shane Malone, PhD

Shane Malone, PhD, currently serves as a Lecturer at TU Dublin and is the Head of Sports Science at Dublin Senior Football. He is highly respected for his innovative approach to optimising athlete performance through data-driven strategies. With his extensive background in applying advanced data analysis techniques to elite sports, Shane is a fantastic addition to the Sport Horizon team.

Meet Adam Sullivan, PhD

Adam Sullivan, PhD, is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Science Consultant with a distinguished career that includes working with elite teams such as Liverpool FC, Dublin GAA, and Bohemian Football Club. His background in strength and conditioning, combined with his expertise in data analysis, positions Adam as a key contributor to Sport Horizon’s mission of empowering practitioners through data visualisation.
